Purchase and payment information

Choose your items in the digital menu, add them to the basket and pay from your own phone. No sign-up or account is required.

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include the applicable indirect taxes (IGIC). There are no delivery, carriage or surcharge costs of any kind: the order is served at your table inside the venue, and the amount you see before paying is the final amount.

Payment is made by card through the secure Ecopaynet payment gateway. The connection is protected by an SSL certificate (the padlock in the address bar) and your card details are entered directly into the gateway’s secure environment: the venue never sees or stores them.

Once payment is confirmed you will see a screen with the details of your order, which serves as your receipt. From there you can download the ticket as a PDF or have it sent to the email address you provide. If you need an invoice, ask a member of staff.

Privacy policy (GDPR)

Data controller: Urbanización Playa Fañabé, S.A., tax ID A-38050985, with its address for notifications at Calle Londres, locales 66-67, C.C. Fañabé 1, 38660 Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Purpose: administrative and accounting management of our customers and payment for the services and/or products; sending the proof of payment to the email address you give us when completing your order; and, only with your express consent by ticking the corresponding box, sending commercial communications about the venue by email.

Legal basis: Article 6.1 GDPR: b) performance of a contract (handling the order and sending the receipt); c) legal obligation; a) consent of the data subject (commercial communications, Article 21 of the Spanish LSSI).

Recipients: banks and payment service providers; the email delivery provider Resend, Inc., acting as data processor under the applicable international-transfer safeguards; and bodies required by law.

Retention: the address the receipt is sent to is kept with the order data for the periods required by law. The address given for commercial communications is kept until you withdraw your consent.

Withdrawing consent: you may withdraw your consent to commercial communications at any time by writing to aixa4310@dpocanarias.com, without affecting your order or the sending of the receipt. Every commercial email will also include a way to unsubscribe.

Your rights: you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability as provided by law, and request further information, by writing to aixa4310@dpocanarias.com.

This digital menu uses no advertising or profiling cookies. We use your browser’s local storage to remember your basket on this device, and we record an anonymous visit with the language you chose, without identifying you.

Terms of sale

These terms govern orders placed through the digital menu by customers who are on the premises. By confirming payment you accept them.

Once payment is made, the order goes to the kitchen and our waiters bring it to your table. We do not deliver outside the venue.

If a logistical error means an item you ordered is out of stock, a waiter will tell you directly and offer you an equivalent alternative, agreed with you at that moment.

Alcoholic drinks are sold only to people aged 18 or over. Staff may ask you to prove your age and may refuse service.

Refund and cancellation policy

The products we sell are food and drink prepared for immediate consumption and served on the premises. Accordingly, under Article 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Once payment is confirmed the order goes into preparation: no refunds, cancellations or changes are accepted, and there is therefore no associated deadline or cost.

If something is not as expected, tell any waiter straight away or write to operaciones@upfsa.net: we will resolve it with you directly at the venue.
